1What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, contact number or email, and the content of your enquiry (for example, the car model and budget you are interested in).

The website itself stores only your language choice in your browser (localStorage). It does not use contact forms, does not set marketing cookies and does not run third-party trackers.

2How we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare offers, and carry out the sourcing, purchase and delivery services you request. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service (for example, logistics and customs partners) or where the law requires.

3How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations in the UAE, after which they are deleted.

4Your rights

You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal obligation to keep it. Write to autotrading@zurbagun.com.
